Who will be videotaping my wedding?
The Owner, Russell Smithe will be your videographer. If for some unfortunate reason he is not
Productions team. We do not bait and switch and you will be notified of any changes before the
Event.
Do you use any lighting at the wedding?
Yes, we use a very small 50watt light that is mounted on the camera. It throws off enough light
to capture a perfect quality frame, yet not ruin the ambience of the reception.
How will the videographer(s) be dressed at the wedding?
This is important to us. We wear professional attire. If you have specific needs, please let us
know.
What type of equipment do you use?
We use professional 3-chip digital high definition cameras. High-end wireless microphones and
fluid head tripods. We carry back-up equipment that is comparable in quality if something should
fail.
How many cameras do you use?
In most cases there will be one videographer present to capture the entire day.
Do you use wireless microphones?
Yes, we use wireless audio equipment during the ceremony to capture the best possible audio. If
there will be a soloist or musician present please let us know so we can make arrangements to
record the best possible audio.
Do you offer non-linear digital editing?
We use state-of-the-art digital non-linear editing suites to edit your video. We can also transfer
your highlight video to be streamed over the web! Ask us about the details.
Do you copy-protect the video once it's on DVD?
No, Unless agreement has been made prior to shooting your event we retain copyright of the
completed video. This is common practice. Your completed video and raw tapes are permanently
archived and can be duplicated at any time, just let us know if you want another copy.
Do you have a written contract?
A contract will be required to exclusively book your event. It protects both of us. This is
common practice.
Are you unobtrusive?
Absolutely! We capture your event as-is while remaining respectfully unobtrusive.
Do you work with the photographer to ensure mutual cooperation?
In our profession it's important to build positive working relationships with photographers to
ensure you're getting the best possible service. A shooting plan will be discussed in detail before
your event to ensure good capture.
Are you there throughout the entire reception?
That is up to the package you choose. We offer five to ten hour packages, which will usually
cover an entire wedding. If not we do offer overtime @ $150 per hour. If you have specific
needs please let us know and the proper arrangement will be made.
Will live audio be used in the edit of the reception, or will music be in the background?
We have always and will always use the live audio during your reception edit and under no
circumstance use a musical background. If you have specific needs let us know.
Will you go to an additional location (like the beach or park) without additional charge?
Most of the time we do not charge if travel is not extremely excessive between locations. We
also offer pre-ceremony coverage and can be added to any package.
Do I have any say in the final edited video?
Yes! You have control over the font, font color, background color, background music and
picture. Any other specific needs as to the edit of your video just let us know.

as five months. If you purchase a package that includes pictures and additional video, it will be
